Vista Pro

Infor ERP Swan have done some limited testing running Infor ERP Swan version 4.2.2 with Sage Line 100 version 7.6 on a Vista Pro workstation. Based upon this and information from other Swan users it would appear that there are no major issues whilst using Swan/Sage.

There are, however, issues when trying to install the Sage Client.  For further information please contact Support.

Windows 7 Pro

We are still collecting information regarding "Windows 7 ~ 32 bit". Information received from other Swan users indicates that there may be some minor issues installing but no major issues when using Swan.

We have also received further information from one of our dealers who has set up a test system using a 2008 64bit server with XP, Win7 32bit and Win7 64bit clients.  Sage and Swan installed OK with a few minor issues with the clients.  Both DOS and Windows versions ran on the XP and Win7 32bit clients, however only the Windows version would run on the Win7 64bit client.

However, testing that we have carried out internally on a Windows 7 64 bit PC, we could not get the client or Enquiry Desk to install except via the XP virtual drive.
