Infor ERP Swan Support

    This section is intended to provide an overview of the Support available for Infor ERP Swan.

On-Line Help for Infor ERP Swan can be found using the Help Launcher program, which can be installed on each client PC. Please contact Support for further details.

Sage help can be found by clicking on either Help or by pressing F1 whilst in a field.

Logging a Support call

The opening hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

You can also log a call by emailing support@infor.co.uk

When logging a call, please can you advise of the following:

• The module e.g. SOP, POP, Bills of Materials

• The function, i.e. creating a new BOM, amending an order, invoicing etc

• The report name (if applicable)

• An example, i.e. order number, item etc (in case we need to access your system to investigate)

• If you are reporting an error message, please ensure that you advise us of the first error message, in full, preferably emailed to us as a screenshot.

 Please make sure the screenshots are attached as a Word document so they can be easily read and saved in our CRM system.
